What insurance is included and what is the excess?
Every rental includes a partner insurance plan with clearly stated excess (liability) and security deposit amounts — shown on the vehicle page and at checkout before you pay. I’ve had an accident with some damage not covered by the insurance package. How is the cost calculated? I don’t want to be overcharged.
We want all our clients to be happy when visiting us and upon their return. Damage may sometimes occur. We would never want to overcharge. To do so and make sure everybody’s happy we have an official tool (DAT) for these situations, which gives us an exact official estimate of each damage on the spot and for the exact car model and we proceed from there. Our clients also benefit directly from the discounts given to us by the repair centers and suppliers of car parts. We are against profiting from car damages that our clients.
Is it possible to add an insurance package after pick-up?
Yes, it is. All you have to do is pass by our main office during working hours and arrange it with one of our agents.
